Luxury Condo Will Probably Be Complete This Fall
The developer of a 22-unit apartment building says his project will be complete later in the year.
Yesterday we building is going up in the center of Bayside.
We've since learned that the 22 units of mostly 2-bedroom apartments is tentatively set to be completed in September, according to the developer, Andy Bassaly.
The building, which is located at the intersection of 214th Place and 43rd Ave., will have its own garage, exercise facility, and be laden in marble surfaces.
