We've since learned that the 22 units of mostly 2-bedroom apartments is tentatively set to be completed in September, according to the developer, Andy Bassaly.
The building, which is located at the intersection of 214th Place and 43rd Ave., will have its own garage, exercise facility, and be laden in marble surfaces.
