Queens Zoo to Host Halloween Weekend Events

Boo at the Zoo will take place on Oct. 26, 27 and 31.

The Queens Zoo will hold its annual Boo at the Zoo event during the weekend before Halloween as well as several activities on Oct. 31.

The Wildlife Conservation Society’s Boo at the Zoo will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 26 and 27.

And, on Oct. 31, the program will run from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The weekend event will include haunted habitats, face painting, live animal presentations and pumpkin treats.

The haunted habitat will be located in the zoo’s Wild Room, which will be decorated for Halloween.

The first 200 attendees on Saturday and Sunday will be able to pick and decorate their own pumpkin on the zoo’s farm.

Treat stations stocked with goodies will be set up at various locales around the zoo on all three days of Boo at the Zoo.

Children in costume will be able to get in for free.
