Weprin Hosts Toy Drive for Autistic Children

Participants should drop off gifts at assemblyman's office by Dec. 18.

State Assemblyman David Weprin, D-Little Neck, is hosting a holiday toy drive to benefit autistic children at a nearby child development center.

Those interested in taking part in the drive should drop off an educational new, unwrapped toy, game or book suitable for children, ages 12 years and above, to Weprin’s office, located at 185-06 Union Turnpike, Fresh Meadows.

All donations must be received by Dec. 18.

All toys collected in the drive will be given to autistic children at Queens Village’s Lifeline Center for Child Development.
