The Bayside Hills Civic Association will be conducting its monthly meeting at the Colonial Church of Bayside at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 25th. The meeting will include updates by representatives of the 111th Precinct, Congressman Weiner's office and Congressman Weprin's office. Flushing postmaster William Rodgers and Claudia Filomena, Director of the Mayor's Community Affairs Unit of Queens, will also be in attendance. Filomena will report on the status of PlaNYC, the Mayor's office green initiative. This meeting is definitely one to catch, if you want to keep abreast of all that is happening within and around Bayside Hills.
