Bayside Hills Civic Association General Meeting

Hydrofracking will be discussed at our next general meeting of the BHCA, Tuesday, January 31st, 8:00 at the Colonial Church of Bayside, Bell Boulevard where Luke Place and 216th Street converge.

Addressing this critical and thought provoking topic are some extremely notable guests. They are our State Senator Tony Avella, who on April 12 of last year introduced legislation that would ban the use of hydraulic fracturing, and Dr. Aline Euler, Alley Pond Environmental Center's Education Director, who has very definite thoughts on this issue as an environmentalist.  In addition to Senator Avella and Dr. Euler, we have invited officers of our 111th Precinct, plus as usual, we will have our 50/50 raffle and food drive.
