We welcome all volunteers and their families to help us in the Spring-cleaning of our precious shoreline. This project will cover the nearly 3 mile stretch of public shoreline here in Bayside, NY. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own basic tools (work gloves, paper grabber / ez-reacher) and to wear work boots or similar footwear with traction to help prevent slipping on rocks. Volunteers will be provided with refreshments and food. To spice things up, participants are also entered for a chance to win raffle prizes provided courtesy of our generous and committed sponsors.
Join us and help make a difference that you can see today and for the rest of the season.
