The Bay Terrace Community Alliance will be hosting its Annual & Regular Meeting at the Chabad of Northeast Queens on Dec. 8. On the itinerary is the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, the Bay Terrace Declaration of Independence and the voting of new Alliance officers. No food or drinks should be brought to the meeting, but don't worry, refreshments will be provided by the Alliance. All are welcome to attend and play an active role in the community.
