April 17th marks the one-year anniversary of the Senate failing to pass its gun violence prevention bill. Northeast Queens for Action will be writing letters to the editors of local papers to show support for New York's landmark gun violence prevention legislation, the SAFE Act, and to call on Congress to act on preventing the gun violence that has become all too common.
