Experienced instructor & personal trainer, Christine Busini, will show you how...step by step. Christina teaches the dance as an art form with dignity, gracefulness and femininity. "Belly dancing empowers a woman to rediscover her sensual side that sometimes gets forgotten in our multi tasking lives."

Through belly dancing, women of all ages, shapes and lifestyles can celebrate their curves, get a great workout and most importantly have fun.

Here's what some of her students are saying about belly dancing & why they love it:

Diane Wilson:  I enjoy belly dancing because I love the music and enjoy learning the sensual movements of the dance.

Cheryl Blaire:  I like belly dance because it employs a woman's body helping her to appreciate the way she moves.

Josie Tesson:  I love belly dance because it gives me a sense of being free spirited as well as a great workout.
