Are you interested in sending your child to sleep-away camp? The Samuel
Field Y's Camp Poyntelle Lewis Village understands how difficult it can
be for both parents and children to send your child away for the first
time, and is offering a special Rookie Overnight from Saturday, August 9
through Sunday, August 10, to give your child a taste of the sleep-away
experience.
Take in our 70 acre private lake, which is home to brand new sailboats,
cool off in our beautiful swimming pool, challenge yourself on our
awesome rock climbing and low ropes challenge course, learn new skills
in baseball, basketball, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, hockey and gaga, sing
and play guitar in our newly renovated music room, cook something
delicious in our kitchens and show us your acting and dancing skills on
our newly designed stage and dance studio.
Transportation to and from our camp (which is located in Wayne County,
PA, about a 2.5 to 3 hour drive from NYC) from New York City will be
provided, as the bus will leave on Saturday at 9:00 AM and return on
Sunday at 4:00 PM.
Cost for the overnight will be $100, and will be applied towards tuition if camper is registered for Summer 2015.
