Where to Pick Up Your Seder
Find Queens sites where you can get prepared food for the Passover holiday.
It's coming on seder time. The last day to put so much as a crumb of levened bread in your body is Friday morning (see here ).
Patch understands how the hurry-n-scurry of the work week can sometimes leave you without a plan at the last minute. So, we're suggesting you try one of these local options to fill your own—and maybe some guests' bellies this holiday.

Located in Rego Park, Aron's Kissena Farm has a deli counter that's been kosherized for Passover. They usually specialize in Uzbeki-Jewish food, but they have a nice assortment of Eastern European fare, such as stuffed cabbage, for Passover.
If you're doing a mix of your own cooking, and want to pick up a few exotic items here and there, Aron's is the place to go. Something to watch for at the deli counter where you're paying by the pound: the deli clerks tend to be overly generous in their scooping of weighted food.
They have a large parking lot, and are open until from 7a.m.-10p.m. on Wednesday, 7a.m.-11p.m. on Thursday, and 7a.m. until two hours before sunset on Friday.

Great Neck Glatt is a few miles over the Nassau border, but has its kosher supervision from Vaad Harabanim of Queens.
They are offering a $299 plus tax catering deal for 12 people that includes: four quarts of soup, one 12-portion appetizer, one 12-portion entree of your choice, two side dishes, and a box of matzah. They didn't indicate any deadline to order for the holiday, but we recommend you order today, Wednesday, because they do run out.
