Tuesday
Elana Mugdan, a director from Little Neck, won a top prize at the Litchfield Hills Film Festival for her movie, "Director's Cut." State Sen. Toby Stavisky, D-Flushing, files a FOIL request after a city Department of Finance spokesman said that higher property tax assessments for co-ops and condos were the result of a computer "glitch."
