The site has compiteld data from 2007 to 2011 to show median household income by census tract.

According to the site, the median income in Bayside is $68,942. However, the median for the section of the community along Northern Boulevard is $58,785, while Bayside Hills is $68,125.

The median income for Bay Terrace is $67,179.

Little Neck had a larger median income at $106,071, while Douglaston was $81,585. However, the median of the section of Douglaston nears Udalls Cove was $136,053.

As for monthly rent, Bayside's median was $1,186, while the typical cost for renting an apartment in Bay Terrace was $1,964.

Little Neck rentals averaged at $1,114, while Douglaston's median rental cost ranged from $1,333 to $1,582.
