Udalls Cove Meeting And Volunteer Day Set For May 7

Efforts this year will focus on the Virginia Point section in Little Neck

It's that time of year again.

The Udalls Cove Preservation Committee will hold its 42nd Annual Meeting and Cleanup on Saturday, May 7. All members of the community, members and non-members alike, are invited to attend and help the organization get the park ready for the height of the late-spring and summer season.

This year's effort will concentrate on the Virginia Point section of Udalls Cove, located at the northern terminus of Little Neck Parkway, which was the focus of a $17,000 restoration effort by the UCPC in 2009.
