Gas prices improved subtly this week, with the cheapest regular gas down two cents from last week. Though the cheapest premium gas is three cents more than last week, overall prices have dipped below $4 per gallon - the exception is Mobil on Northern Boulevard, which is a full ten cents more than Gulf or Getty, and fourteen cents more than BP.
