Ahh, spring is finally here. Time to put away those snow shovels and winter clothes, right?
Wrong.
The National Weather Service is predicting some snow flurries for Thursday and temperatures no higher than 37 degrees.
For the rest of the weekend, temperatures are expected to be in the lower to high-40s with cloudy skies.
And, on Monday, rain and snow showers are in the forecast.
According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, spring started today at 7:02 a.m. with the vernal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. During an equinox, the sun rises and sets due east and west. This means that the Earth's axis neither points toward or away from the sun.
