Seafood Parma Rosa Over Linguini

An easy-to-make seafood pasta, creamy and pink.

One certainly could celebrate V-Day without a creamy delicious pasta with smooth pink Parma Rosa sauce. But would anyone pass this quick and easy recipe up? Even amateur cooks can treat themselves and someone they love with this gourmet dish.

Seafood Parma Rosa Over Linguini

Ingredients
1/2 pound of bay scallops
1/2 pound of shrimp (with the tails removed)
1 small onion

3 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 packet of Parma Rosa sauce (should be in the grocery aisle with all of the spice packets)
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter

3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of parsley

1 pound of linguini

Instructions
1. Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil
2. Add the scallops and shrimp and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.
 Raise heat to high, add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Add butter, continuing to stir.
4. Lower heat to medium, add packet of Parma Rosa seasoning, and cook sauce until thick.
5. Add Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until your Parma Rosa Sauce is nice and creamy.
6. Meanwhile in a separate pot, cook your pasta until al dente.
7. Strain pasta, place back in the pot, and mix in your Parma Rosa sauce.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
