What are some tips for parents with children who are picky eaters? What are some suggested methods for encouraging them to branch out?

I would make sure that the picky eaters see the parents eat the healthy foods too. If parents don't eat well, then neither will the children.

Smoothies are a great way to get dairy and fruit into their diet. Also, there are nutritional drinks, such as PediaSure, that would work in a child's diet to help aid in getting necessary vitamins each day.
