Each week, our Parents Council of experts takes your questions, gives advice and shares solutions.
Moms, dads, grandparents and the diverse families who make up our community will have a new resource for questions about local neighborhood schools, the best pediatricians, 24-hour pharmacies and the thousands of other issues that arise while raising children.
This week’s question is:
What are some good ways to ensure that your children are getting exercise during the winter months when it is cold and snowy?
Judy Vincent
If you have Wii or Xbox, the sports and dance move games will definitely keep them moving.
Just because its cold and snowy doesn't mean you can't be outside with the kids snowmen, having snowball fights or walking to the store instead of driving. Try anything to keep them off the couch and moving and grooving.
