Each week, our Parents Council of experts takes your questions, gives advice and shares solutions.
Moms, dads, grandparents and the diverse families who make up our community will have a new resource for questions about local neighborhood schools, the best pediatricians, 24-hour pharmacies and the thousands of other issues that arise while raising children.
This week’s question is:
What are some suggestions for parents of children with picky palates to make them more adventurous eaters?
When my now-7-year-old was younger, she ate everything. Currently, she is picky.
I've tried disguising food by hiding veggies into other foods, but that doesn't work for me. I've noticed that if I just eat really healthy foods myself, my daughter will try some of it.
