1. Yuck. Looks like we're in for a typically March-like weather pattern this weekend, with periods of rain expected through the weekend.

3. The U.S. House of Representatives yesterday approved a repeal of burdensome tax reporting requirements for small businesses in the wake of last year's health care overhaul. However, the implementation of that bill will be delayed as the House and Senate debate about how to cover the expected loss in revenue.
