March 29: Out Like A Lion?

Unsettled, continued cold forecast for end of week

An open letter to Mother Nature:

There seems to be a clear misunderstanding here. According to my calendar (all of them, on my iPhone, Blackberry and laptop), it has been spring for about a week now. And yet my building's furnace is on full blast, my car is a cold sarcophagus and a dispiriting mix of rain and snow remains in the forecast.

What gives?
