*The Little Bay Park Comfort Station (restrooms)*Little Bay Park parking lot expansion

These above two capital projects along with the reconstruction of the Cross Island Parkway overpass and realignment of the 212th Street and Bell Blvd intersection were approved and funded seven (7) years ago but have yet to see a shovel in the ground.

Community leaders have been "told" that the comfort station and parking lot expansion is a top priority item by the appropriate agencies, but by now, I have no confidence in words, only actions.

Attached is information on the proposed Eco Dock for your information.
