3. Forecasters this morning predict a mix of snow, sleet and rain beginning later today into Wednesday. For now, expect snow accumulations to be "moderate," the National Weather Service says.

4. Perhaps we'll start informing you when alternate side parking rules are back ON since, yet again, the rules are suspended due to snow removal.
