Jan. 20: Déjà vu

Dire budget projections, concerns about city schools and yes, more snow in the forecast, may have readers checking the calendar twice this a.m.

It seems to be Déjà vu "all over again" for many area residents: an approaching winter storm, by a New York City mayor and reports of concerns expressed by parents, this time regarding a  program at P.S. 188 in Oakland Gardens.

1. A Winter Weather Advisory takes effect from 9 p.m. this evening to 8 a.m. tomorrow as a fast-moving storm is forecast to dump 3 to 5 inches of snow on the area.
