Here's Your Chance to Weigh In On the Water Rate Hike

The city's Water Board will hold a public hearing in Queens on April 25.

Last month, the New York City Water Board Residents will have a chance to weigh in on the rate hike at a meeting in Queens later this month.

U.S. Rep. Bob Turner, R-Forest Hills, encouraged residents to register and attend.

"Queens residents should know about this public hearing,” Turner said. “I encourage them to register and express their opinions. These are tough economic times and any water rate increase can be burdensome to hard-working families.”
