Councilman Dan Halloran, R-Whitestone, will host a meeting on Aug. 15 during which Bayside residents will be able to ask questions or express concerns to representatives from the .
The meeting, which will begin at 6 p.m. at , is free and open to any Bayside resident who has questions about anything from cleanliness at the LIRR station to schedules.
"Any question or concern that a commuter might have can be answered," said Steven Stites, a spokesman for the councilman. "The idea is that a lot of people have questions and have to call 311 to get answers. So, we're trying to bring answers to them."
Late last month, the councilman held a at . He will host another one later this month for Auburndale and Flushing.
