Great Escape: Into the Wild

Taking a break from the city to commune with nature at Alley Pond Park

It's been a long, cold, snowy winter. But it's starting to get nice outside, and there are plenty of Little Neck area moms and dads that could use some alone time.

So why not escape into the wild this week and hike the trails at the Alley Pond Environmental Center?

A few short steps from the bustle and traffic on Northern Boulevard, the Alley Pond Environmental Center is a retreat from everyday life right in the middle of northeast Queens.
