Feb. 21: Honoring a Fallen Firefighter

A final goodbye to a FDNY veteran who died on the job last Thursday

Mourners, including family, friends and colleagues,  to Garden City firefighter Thomas Regan at Notre Dame in New Hyde Park on Saturday. 

Regan slipped on ice and snow last Thursday while responding to a carbon monoxide incident, sustaining critical injuries to his head and neck. Before joining the Garden City Fire Department, he served as a New York City fireman for 38 years.
