Feb. 16: The Warm-up

Good Wednesday, Little Neck! Freezing one day, warm the next. Like many New Yorkers in the days ahead, we will feel it when we see it, with temperatures forecast to reach the 60-degree mark by Friday. Without risking a call of 'jinx' on this one, here's the report for the next few days, courtesy of weather.com.

2. A borough pride-tinged fight is brewing in City Hall, according to this piece in the New York Times on efforts to rename the Queensborough Bridge in honor of former Mayor Ed Koch. 

3. The cleanup of New York continues with alternate side rules in effect for another day. Makes one long for the snow to return. Almost.
