Brisket of Beef

A marinated and slow roasted dish for Passover

There's no back story to this dish — just delicious beef.

And while brisket may not have a deeper significance for Jewish people, nothing completes a family meal more than a nice cut of meat.

So enjoy Seder this year in the company of the ones you love, sharing the memories of a meal that will last a lifetime.
