Ingredients
2 lbs Brisket of Beef
2 Cups of Ketchup
1 Pkge Onion Soup Mix
4 Medium onions-sliced
1 can of ginger ale or coca-cola
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup honey

Directions
1. Slice onions and put them in the the bottom of a pan.
2. Place brisket on top.
3. Add ketchup, onion soup mix, ginger ale and wine.
4. Cook for 2-2 1/2 hours until fork tender.
5. Let cool and slice hot
