Bayside Streets Will Be Closed on Jan. 30 and 31 to Allow for TV Shoot

There will be no parking on several Bayside streets on Jan. 30 and 31 to allow for the FX show “The Americans” to film, according to the Bayside Village Business Improvement District.

Scenes for the show will be shot at the neighborhood’s Long Island Rail Road station and inside a number of other area locales.

Crews will be setting up equipment from 10 p.m. on Wednesday through late in the day on Thursday.

At those times, these streets will have no parking:

Bell Boulevard from 39^th Avenue to 42^nd Avenue

40^th Avenue from 212^th Street to 214^th Place

40^th Avenue from 214^th Place to 215th Place

214^th Place from 39^th Avenue to 40^th Avenue

215^th Street from 39^th Avenue to 40^th Avenue

All of these streets will be open to vehicular traffic and the municipal lot on 41^st Avenue and 214^th Place will also be in operation.
