Welcome to the weekend, Little Neck! It looks like we have a calm, relaxing couple of days before Passover begins Monday and before Easter Week starts in earnest. 

And with already elevated pollen levels expected to take off by Tuesday, those of us with allergies know that spring is ready to hit full bloom.

2. A new area code is set to join a family that includes 347, 917 and, of course, the trusty 718 in Queens. Starting today, phone subscribers may receive the new 929 area code being instituted in four of the five boroughs.
