After Dinner Curry Turkey Salad

Fresh twist on the classic post meal turkey salad sandwich.

Servings: 4

Time to Make: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
1 cup of crushed walnuts
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups diced turkey
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Combine mayonnaise and spices in a bowl.
2. Add celery, dried cranberries, green onion, and walnuts and turkey.
3. Mix together adding more mayonnaise if needed.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes then serve cold.
