25% of the Net profit from sales of Exceptional Merit (the debut novel of Plainview resident George Norris) purchased at Smashwords.com, during the period of Oct 1 through the end of 2013, will be donated to the New York Police and Fire Widows and Children's Benefit Fund. E Books purchased on Smashwords can be viewed on your Kindle, Nook, Ipad, PC and almost any other device.
