New York Hospital Queens Acquires Bayside Primary Care

Hospital also adds Flushing health care site to its network.

New York Hospital Queens has acquired a Bayside-based physician practice as part of its plan to expand access to primary and specialty services throughout the borough.

The hospital has added Bayside Primary Care, located at 44-02 Francis Lewis Blvd., Suite A, and Flushing’s Queens Diabetes and Endocrinology, located at 59-45 161st St.

The Bayside health center has seven primary care physicians and a cardiologist.

“NYHQ is committed to expanding access to primary care and providing easier access to specialty services,” NYHQ President and CEO Stephen Mills said. “We are proud to bring these physicians on board to help protect and promote the health of our community.”

Mills said the hospital would continue to acquire practices throughout Queens.
