A music school for children will open above the Avon training center site that formerly housed First Edition sports bar.
Vienna Music, located on the second floor of 41-08 Bell Blvd. in Bayside, is expected to open later next month, a worker assisting in the renovation of the site told Patch.
The building formerly housed First Edition, a sports bar that had been in the community for 61 years before closing in 2009.
An Avon training center operates in the building's bottom floor and the music school will take over the second floor.
