For one lucky shopper  – this is reality!  The winner of the hindquarter giveaway raffle from the stores’ November opening day, will pick up her prize, worth more than $1,200, on Wednesday, January 11th at 10:30 am.  Venezia will custom carve and wraps each portion of  beef   He will explain just where the different meats come from, the most economical, the most tender and more to help educate the public.
