GOLD COAST Sunday Brunch at ANTONETTE'S EAST HILLS

 ,   Add to calendar
290 Glen Cove Rd Roslyn Heights NY 11577  See map

BRUNCH is coming to the GOLD COAST at ANTONETTE’S EAST HILLS.

Brunch is one of those decadent indulgent meals that really should only be served under crystal chandeliers with elegant surroundings while sipping Raspberry Sorbet Mimosa’s and nibbling on fresh lobster or dining on fresh Apple Waffles with just a sprinkle of confectioner’s sugar and a dollop of Ricotta and Mascarpone.

How could we expect to serve Sunday Brunch in any other room than our Banquet Room? Join us Sunday’s from 11am to 3pm where you will be treated like you are on vacation and served the most delicious meal of the week. Our Brunch Menu will change with the seasons. Summer is here. Expect to see all the fresh ingredients that come with it. In addition, a variety of home-made desserts will be offered. This too will also change. Some favorites will include Cappuccino Chocolate Chip Mascarpone Cheesecake, Shortbread Fruit Tarts, Cannoli’s, Pignoli Cookies and Carrot Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.

For reservations and more information call, Antonette’s East Hills at, 516-626-6490.

We look forward to spoiling you!

The local, fresh fruit and vegetable market was a worthwhile addition to Douglaston. Obviously, itRead More did not receive the support of the community, at least not enough to make it a successful venture. This is sad. Every Sunday, rain or shine, I would stop at the market and purchase something. My favorite was the bakery stand. Often, when I stopped in the afternoon I would get two FREE French breads with my purchase. Parking was never a problem. The vendors where friendly and very informative. It was a perfect setting for the picturesque nature of this community. Too bad it is not returning.

Unfortunately, according to the Douglas Manor Association, the fresh fruit and vegetable market willRead More NOT return this year. No specific reason was given other than this was at the initiative of the merchants or the market's organizers. And this..., just as we were beginning to enjoy the Long Island wines and the $34 per pound skirt steak, ordered two months in advance.
