The Bay Terrace Community Alliance will host its 2012 Winter Dinner Party on Thursday, February 23, at 7 p.m. The four course dinner will take place at Tony Roma's and will include an appetizer, salad, entree and dessert. With wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea included, this event promises to be fun and fulfilling.
