Drop By Northern Boulevard's Marbella for the Best in Spanish Cuisine

For a sampling of Spanish cuisine, drop by Marbella Restaurant on Northern Boulevard.

The family-owned restaurant is tucked away on the first level of the Ramada Inn, located at 220-33 Northern Blvd. in Bayside. It’s been in the neighborhood for the past 40 years.

“Our most famous dish is Paella a la Valenciana,” says Manager Blanco Santamaria.

The dish, typically split among dinner guests, is made of saffron rice, vegetables, lobster, seafood, chicken and sausage.

Other Marbella specialties include Pollo a la Villaroy - a boneless chicken breast dipped in bechamel cream and deep fried. The dish has cheese on the inside, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at it. The eatery also serves Tortilla Espanola, which is a Spanish omelette.
