Bayside BID to Meet Tonight to Discuss Upcoming Event Planning

Attendees will find out how to take part in fashion shows, marketing and the fall's sidewalk sale.

The Bayside Village Business Improvement District is hosting a kick off meeting Monday evening for planning upcoming events, including the fall’s sidewalk sales and fashion shows.

The BID will meet today at 5 p.m. at the group’s new office, which is located at 39-33 Bell Blvd., Suite 310.

Those who are interested in attending should send an email to the BID’s executive director, Lyle Sclair, at baysidevillagebid.com.

Attendees will find out how to plan and coordinate events coming up later this summer and fall, such as fashion shows, cooking classes, eating contests, marketing and the second annual sidewalk sale and first annual weekend walk, both of which will take place from Sept. 27 to 29.

Participation in the sidewalk sales and weekend walk is limited to Bayside Village BID businesses and local non-profits.
