TGIF Little Neck!! It was a big week, which makes it hard deciding where to begin this Friday morning. 

The top story came Thursday with the announcement that New York City School Chancellor Cathie Black was stepping down. 

With a recent Quinnipiac poll placing Black's approval rating at an abysmal 17 percent, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said both he and Black agreed her resignation was "in the city's best interest."
