'Sex and the City' Prequel Is Filming By Douglaston LIRR Station

Warner Bros. is filming part of its new TV show in Northeast Queens.

Carrie Bradshaw is in Queens, and she's 25 years younger.

Warner Bros. TV's “The Carrie Diaries,” which follows "Sex and the City" character Carrie Bradshaw during her high school years, is filming sequences near Douglaston's Long Island Rail Road station.

Don't wear your tallest Minolo Blahnik shoes if you take the train at the Douglaston stop, because you may have to do some walking. Parking in the area will be along 41st Avenue, between 234th and 235th Streets on Thursday and Friday to allow for a television show to film in the area.
