Meet Eugene Bullard. An Afro-American born in Georgia at the turn of the last century, Bullard traveled the world as a professional boxer, World War I flying ace, jazz musician and bandleader, adventurer, and spy. Using storytelling, music, and drama,Wings of Courage focuses on Bullard’s early life to tell the true story of one man’s determination and perseverance in overcoming discrimination. His is an uplifting tale of vision and hope that deserves to be known by every American.
