The Bay Terrace branch of the Queens Public Library will hold an arts and crafts event for kids, ages 6 to 12. Your young ones will get all they need to create the perfect Valentine's Day card to express their every emotion! This free event will take place on Tuesday, February 7, at 3 p.m. Along with making the cards, the kids will learn about the lovely holiday as well.
