The Bay Terrace branch of the Queens Public Library will help you and your young ones celebrate the Chinese New Year with this arts and crafts event. On Friday, January 20, at 3 p.m. children between the ages of 6 and 12 will engage in making their very own dragon masks. Prior registration is not required for this free event.
