"It's so nice to have you where you belong," may be the refrain sung Larry Bloom, the director of Theatre By The Bay, if you land the starring role in "Hello, Dolly!"
Auditions are being held on June 5 at 7:30 p.m. or June 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Bay Terrace Jewish Center.
Men, women and teenagers are invited for acting, singing, dancing and chorus roles. Rehearsals will begin in August for the November 2012 performance.
To prepare to audition, bring sheet music to be sung to the piano accompanist, who will be provided. Dance combinations will be taught on site for the audition, and script line readers will also be judged.
