Watch Manufacturer Expected to Move Into Leviton Site in Spring or Summer

CB 11's district manager said construction was underway at the Little Neck site.

A watch manufacturer is now expected to move into the former Leviton site in Little Neck in the late spring or summer, Community Board 11’s district manager said.

E. Gluck Corp., which is based in Long Island City, will likely move into the former Leviton site along Little Neck Parkway between May and August, CB 11 District Manager Susan Seinfeld said.

Steel Equities, the commercial real estate developer that purchased the property, told Seinfeld that construction is in progress at the site and that disruption to the local community was not expected.
