Tai Chi or Shale

We have two cool art installations, and one lecture on shale today. Shake your case of the Mondays with one of these five things:

1. This is really interesting: An art exhibition on display in Rosenthal Library, "Voices Envisioned: Memories Made in Northern Ireland," is . The works were made in 2008 by artists from Ireland.

2. Another art collection from a war torn landscape: "" features work by high school aged students from Afghanistan and professional adult artists.

3. This is a pretty cooky event Bayside Patch just had to tip you off was happening: Five students studying Environmental Science will  regarding the Marcellus Shale today. The event is free for everyone — not just shale enthusiasts. 

4. You should get some exercise. The nice folks at The New York Hospital of Queens are on Mondays and Thursdays at their Cardiac Health Center in Fresh Meadows.
